1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect data obtained through the Amazon Ads API for the purpose of automated Amazon Sponsored Products (SP) advertising optimization (including ACOS control, negative keyword management, bid adjustment, and performance reporting).

2. Data Collection & Source

We only access and process non-personally identifiable advertising performance data via the Amazon Ads API:

• Campaign, ad group, keyword performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, sales, ACOS)
• Search term report data for negative keyword optimization
• Account and profile metadata required for API authentication

We do NOT collect, process, or store any Amazon buyer personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, emails, addresses, or payment details.

3. Data Use Purpose

Data is used exclusively for:

• Analyzing advertising performance and calculating ACOS
• Automated bid optimization to meet target ACOS (30%)
• Identifying and adding negative keywords based on click thresholds (≥8 clicks)
• Generating weekly performance reports and logs
• Maintaining secure API access and operation

4. Data Storage & Retention

• Data is stored securely on encrypted servers/local systems with restricted access.
• Data is retained only for 90 days for operational and reporting purposes.
• Upon Amazon’s request, we will permanently and securely delete all Amazon data within 72 hours as required by the Amazon Ads Data Protection Policy{insert\_element\_4\_}.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption of data at rest and in transit
• Role-based access control (RBAC) for authorized personnel only
• Regular security audits and access logging
• Protection against unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or disclose any Amazon Ads API data to third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized by Amazon in writing{insert\_element\_5\_}.
